          Forensic/Legal Services

Forensic services are simply services either ordered by or used for the Court. Cases can involved criminal or civil cases and can be requested by the client, an attorney, or a judge.

Forensic services can involve simply consultation regarding the merits of a specific case, the completion of an assessment or evaluation, or the preparation of a report and/or appearing in Court to provide testimony.  At BHC of Texarkana, we specialize in forensic services for divorce and custody cases but do provide programs and services for other types of situations. If you need a service that you do not see listed, please contact our office for further information. If we do not offer the service or program that you are looking for, we will be more than happy to refer you to another provider who does.
