         Professional Staff

Kim graduated from Texas A&M—Texarkana with a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Arts and Sciences. Her concentration was Criminal Justice and Political Science. She later attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock where she received her Masters Degree in Social Work.

Kim is a certified paralegal with an extensive background working in the judicial system. Her past work experience includes Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), and Director of Kid Exchange, a YWCA program which facilitates court ordered supervised visitation and monitored exchanges.

Kim provides forensic, medical, and industrial/organizational social work and is a certified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) providing services to Department of Transportation employers and employees.

Currently, Kim is a member of the Junior League of Texarkana, 2006 Sponsorship Committee for the Texarkana Komen Race for the Cure, the Women of A&M and the Kid Exchange Advisory Committee.

Kim’s background is in management and community practice and she hopes to help the Texarkana community to prosper.

When asked about her practice philosophy, Kim states:

             “Change involves action—don’t sit on the              sidelines! Always advocate for yourself.”

Kim is married to Randall and has two daughters.
