If you would like to schedule an appointment with one of our professionals, please call or email our office and our office staff will be happy to assist you.

Many individuals are nervous or uncomfortable when they first arrive for an appointment. We also realize that your time is as valuable to you as ours is to us, so we will always attempt to start your session on time. To help with this process, we will be happy to email you the appropriate forms for you to complete prior to the date of your session. If not,  please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete the appropriate paperwork.

If you are interested in utilizing our services for a divorce or custody case, please contact our office so we can help you choose the most appropriate service. Psychotherapeutic and clinical social work services are generally covered by health insurance; however, not all health insurance policies cover all mental health services, and not all providers are “in network” for all insurance companies. While we will be happy to assist you in receiving third-party reimbursement for our services, you are ultimately responsible for any preauthorization or determination of benefits and all fees incurred.

Forensic cases are not covered by health insurance, and couples therapy is rarely covered. Any services that are not covered by health insurance require payment prior to the initiation of services.

When you make your initial appointment, please have your insurance information available to provide to office staff. We will contact your insurance company to verify benefits prior to your session. For your convenience, BHC of Texarkana accepts all major credit cards.
